Now that the holidays are over and I’m into my second trimester, I’m getting back into my weekly menu planning.
I really like having dinners all planned out and having leftovers for lunch through out the week.
Here’s our menu:
Monday: Taco Salads
Tuesday: Sloppy Joes with broccoli and a side salad
Thursday: Chicken Stir Fry
Friday: Salmon and salad
Sunday: Grilled Chicken Sandwiches with sweet potato fries
